I got an email from one of my online shopping platform. They removed my listing because I used dior (lower case intentional) name in it!
This is their message and below is my response:
We are writing to inform you that we have had to remove the following product from your shop:
Tunic with a scarf SALE !
The reason for this is that your product listing contains the term 'Dior'.
We have been contacted several times by the legal representatives of the 'dior' company. They have made it very clear that they will take swift action against any seller who uses the word 'dior' or the dior logo in their listings: to use these copyrighted trademarks as a way of promoting your own product is a violation of dior's existing copyright.
The listing in question has been removed to protect you against potential legal action. You are free to relist the item, but ONLY if you first remove any reference to dior and the dior logo.

Dear ......,
I can not believe this happened!
In my listing, I used the word dior for explaining to a potential buyer, that the fabric of which is sewn tunic is made in the fabric dior,. Every day, hundreds of copies of dior are sold online and they are found just me? Ironically speaking, I'm flattered! 
Why they produce fabrics if they do not allow the sewing? In any case, I'll gladly throw out the name of my listings and I'm glad that you're pointing that out to me.
Maybe you do not know, but every day, in the handmade world, we are exposed to the ruthless stealing of our ideas by major fashion companies. No one can do anything, because they have a lot of money!
Is it honorable for such a large company?
I hope that will soon come a time when people will realize that it is stupid to throw money at their needlessly expensive produces. And it will come!
