Beardsall is a hat designer, from England, and so it is doubtful if this is his own research. Turquoise silk two-piece- top and skirt

One of my favorite works is this Turquoise silk two-piece top and skirt.  A garment with a story! ♥

 Great mother fish is applied to the skirt, on the side and her children, a few  little fishes swim around, up to the corset, through the turquoise water and a seaweed (underskirt).

I loved that dress and unfortunately, I do not know where it is now ... in whose closet?
